Simone Biles
Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast widely regarded as one of the best athletes. The 2016 Olympics took place at Rio de Janeiro and Biles became the U.S.'s only female gymnast to win 4 gold medals. Biles also took home the world championship for all-around, three times in succession (2013-15). Biles is a native of Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) adopted them. They grew in Houston's metropolitan area. Simone was introduced to the sport of gymnastics through her daycare instructor Aimee Borman at 6 years old. She stayed at Bannon's Gymnastix for 11 years. Biles achieved a silver medal at vaulting in the year 2010 as well as a bronze at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Biles then advanced to competitions at the elite level in the year 2011. The following year Biles was the king of the field. Biles stood out for her consistently consistent and having a lively energy and joyful personality. She also integrated a high degree of difficult into all her events - vault uneven floor workouts.
